APA PARTNERS WITH UT CENTER ON MUNICIPAL CAPITAL MARKETS FELLOWSHIP, DEEPENING COMMITMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL‑MARKET TALENT PIPELINE

Atlanta, GA — March 26, 2026 — Asset Preservation Advisors (APA), a dedicated municipal bond portfolio manager, is pleased to announce its participation in the University of Texas at Austin Center on Municipal Capital Markets’ Government Finance Rotational Fellowship (GFRF), a competitive program designed to strengthen the public finance talent pipeline.
The GFRF program—administered by UT’s Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs—is one of the only structured academic initiatives in the country focused specifically on municipal capital markets. Through this partnership, APA is hosting a GFRF Fellow for part-time work during one of the program’s rotational placements. Fellows are selected through a competitive process and gain exposure to both public-sector and private-sector organizations engaged in municipal finance.
“As a firm dedicated exclusively to the municipal market, APA is committed to supporting the development of future professionals in our industry,” said Matthew Riggle. “The municipal space continues to evolve, and strengthening the talent pipeline is essential to its long-term health. We are proud to contribute to that effort by providing meaningful, hands-on experience to emerging municipal market professionals.”
During the rotation, the Fellow is working directly with APA’s investment research team, gaining exposure to municipal credit analysis, portfolio construction, and market evaluation. APA’s involvement reflects its broader commitment to education, industry stewardship, and deepening professional experience across the municipal landscape.
This collaboration reinforces APA’s long-standing focus on the municipal market. With more than three decades dedicated solely to municipal bond portfolio management, APA continues to invest in initiatives that advance research, education, and the next generation of municipal market professionals.
