Karim Virani joined Asset Preservation Advisors in 2024 as a Municipal Analyst, supporting the Credit Research Committee and operations.  He began his career as a commercial real estate professional at Skyline Seven Real Estate and SVN. Karim graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. Karim enjoys playing pickleball, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
