Reinaldo joined Asset Preservation Advisors (APA) in January 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry.  As a Portfolio Manager, Reinaldo is responsible for implementing municipal strategies and identifying investment opportunities for client portfolios in separately managed accounts. Prior to Joining APA, Reinaldo was a credit analyst and at Credit Suisse Asset Management and worked at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst.  Reinaldo graduated with honors from the Sellinger Scholars Honors Business Program at Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is a CFA® Charterholder.  Mr. Blanco is an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
